IMSU Student Arrested For Armed Robbery(photo)


The Imo state police summon has affected the capture of one Daniel Ikechukwu, 22 and Kalu Goodluck, 18, for furnished burglary. Ikechukwu, a 200 level software engineering understudy of Imo State College, Owerri and his accessory, Kalu were caught in the state capital on Tuesday.

He expressed that there was no trade of gunfire and two out of the three-man group, including an understudy of IMSU who was sharing in the progressing second-semester examinations of the college were seized. 

Admitting his wrongdoing to Newsmen on Wednesday, Ikechukwu stated, "It was my more youthful partner who is in Year One that drove me into wrongdoing. He utilizes a fake weapon to ransack understudies, particularly female understudies. He persuaded me to go along with him. I enlisted Goodluck who was my neighbor. This is the second time we did it together." 

Affirming the episode, State magistrate of police, Chris Ezike, said that the two young men were captured and a fake metal they masked as a firearm which they utilized as a part of imparting fears in their casualties was recuperated. 

The suspects will be charged to court.
